problem statement
Grand Effects needed a clear understanding of its digital audience to inform the redesign of its website. The challenge was to analyze and synthesize diverse data sources to identify user personas, uncover key interests, and ensure the visuals and messaging aligned with audience expectations and behaviors.

For this project, I utilized a variety of tools including Netlytic, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Insights, and Similar Web to create a comprehensive presentation that would define and articulate the user personas effectively. A large amount of data was collected and synthesized, including online sentiment, behaviors, demographics, device types, and personal interests. This information was critical in developing the appropriate visuals and messaging needed for the website redesign initiative.

After careful analysis, it became increasingly apparent that Grand Effects’ digital audience was primarily focused on fire features, with a particular emphasis on fire pits. This significant discovery ultimately drove the visuals for the website and played a crucial role in helping to define detailed journey maps.
